Our Staff
Megan Evans is a co-owner and lead
instructor for Lost and Found
Adventures. Megan found her passion
for the outdoors hiking in the
mountains surrounding Phoenix, AZ
when she was only six years old. That
passion developed throughout her life
and shows itself in her many varied
interests today including hiking,
backpacking, white water rafting,
kayaking, rock climbing, and camping
with her dog Casey
. Megan is a
certified Wilderness First Responder.
She has mentored under,
and taught for Scott "Kozak" Kozakiewicz, a legend in the survival field.
Megan graduated in 2006 from Arizona State University with a bachelor's
degree in
Natural Resource Recreation Management and takes every
opportunity she can get to practice her skills in her favorite wilderness
area, the Mogollon Rim.
Chris "Huck" Anderson is a
co-owner and lead instructor for Lost
and Found Adventures. He grew up in
the mountains of Colorado, starting his
love affair with the outdoors early in
life. He now enjoys rock climbing,
backpacking, kayaking, mountain
biking, and practicing survival and
primitive living skills in the Arizona
outback. Huck has mentored under
Scott Kozakiewicz as well as interning
at
Wolf Camp, a Primitive skills camp
located in Monroe, WA. Huck is a
Wilderness E.M.T. and is currently an
assistant instructor for Scott
Kozakiewicz, and an instructor for
Wolf
Camp.
